Their mental state takes advantage of animal care that can protect humans from the danger of uncontrolled or poor animal behavior caused by the absence of animal care. Supplying their basic needs is a responsibility of pet owners and other individuals. It will not only prolong animal lives but will sustain even the presence of their kind.
